Hi there, my name is Kim and I’m a recovering Starbucks and “Happy Hours” junkie. I went from a stressed out corporate girl to a juice guzzling, smoothie lover, and runner.

In more formal terms, I’m a Holistic Health Coach and Detox Consultant. I help smart, driven, and busy women break free from that never ending cycle.

Seasonal detox/cleanse has been the key strategic tool to my new found healthy lifestyle. And yes, it is a lifestyle (not diet!)

Your body is bombarded with toxic materials every day. We actually have a smart system that naturally detoxifies that junk out. However, when it gets built up (especially from the overindulgence of the holiday food and alcohol), we have to help the organs do their job.

My goal is to show you how easy it is to eat clean, without restrictions. My 3-day winter cleanse is about nourishing your body and mind by enjoying clean, whole foods.
