Cantaloupe Melon Smoothie
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup melon, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 nectarine or peach
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon Spirulina powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high powered blender until you get a smooth consistency.
